You can fax an order or mail it to us. Use our Printable
Order Form. Please include descriptions and prices for all the items you would like,
as well as all payment information. You should contact us first for shipping charges.

Simply email us or use the handy Contact Form. If you would rather not submit your
credit card info, please include a telephone number so that we may call to complete the
order.
Payment Methods
We accept MC, Visa, and Discover credit cards. You may also send us a
check or money order. Credit cards and MO orders ship fastest while checks must clear
first.
Delivery
Items in stock usually ship within 48 hours. However, some items are specially ordered or
custom made. We will advise you of their estimated delivery time.
In the U.S. and Canada, items are shipped and insured via
UPS. If you live in area not serviced by UPS, please contact us for alternative shipping
methods.
International Orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
Preferred carriers are U.S. Postal service, FedEx, and UPS. We'll do our best to give you
a selection of services and prices.

Weather Instruments in Great Variety". You have 30 days to make up your mind. If,
however, you are not delighted with any item bought at The Weather Store, simply return
it:
- In "Like New" condition,
- With its original packaging and all instructions,
- With your sales receipt,
- Within 30 days,
For a prompt, cheerful refund.

- Specially ordered or custom made items are eligible for
store credit only.
- All "Sale" and specially discounted sales are
final.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Beyond 30 days, items are only eligible for exchange or
